The Myths About Outsourcing Real Estate Lead Follow Up

Welcome to another episode of the Real Estate Growth Hackers Show. Today, Harry Abellanosa discusses the power of outsourcing your Real Estate leads and follow-ups; and some of the myths that come along with outsourcing leads.

Here is a rundown on everything we talked about today:

The backstory of Here2Assist.co

Harry built Here2Assist.co through his 10-year experience as an ISA (Inside Sales Agent). We also talked about how he learned all of his skills through a realtor.

In 2016, Harry was supposed to start his company. But he was hired by a start-up call center—one of the owners taught Harry the proper way to qualify leads. But unfortunately, after a year of working with them, the company had to shut down.

Harry continues his career as an ISA setting aside the idea of building a call center company. He loses his job for the nth time and decided to build his own company using his years of experience which has lead to growth.

Myths about outsourcing Real Estate lead follow-up

The most prevalent myth when it comes to real estate lead follow-up is the need to hire a US-based company or hiring someone from the same country. In reality, hiring someone from the same country is more expensive compared to hiring someone from the Philippines or India.

The next myth is hiring someone from another country means talking to someone with a hard to understand accent. As long as someone is willing to pay the right amount of money for the VA’s and look for someone in the right area this type of myth can be avoided.

Another myth in outsourcing is the fear of employers hiring someone unreliable. The best way for this to be avoided is to hire a company with streamlined systems in place.

Lastly, people think that outsourcing requires a massive amount of budget or is too expensive. The reality is there are now small-sized to medium-sized call center companies they can hire without spending so much money.
