Key Tasks:

  • Conduct detailed data entry and research to support marketing strategies.
  • Use AI tools for summarizing content, transforming transcriptions into engaging articles, emails, etc.
  • Assist with post-processing of videos/audios into clips suitable for social media posts.
  • Collaborate remotely on content creation projects, contributing to team goals without direct, real-time interaction with the company lead.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Experience with digital creation tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, and familiarity with AI platforms like ChatGPT, OpusClip.
  • A keen eye for detail, producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner, able to grasp new technologies and methodologies easily.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze results and suggest improvements.
  • Committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach, even in a remote work setting.

Job Role:

  • Engage in research activities to support digital marketing efforts.
  • Create content, including articles, emails, social media posts, leveraging AI and digital tools.
  • Assist in the production and editing of video and audio content for various platforms.
  • Document processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of content creation workflows.

System Requirements:

  • A computer with a processor of 2.0 GHz and above, Intel Core i5/i7 highly recommended.
  • At least 8 GB RAM with 100 GB free disk space.
  • High-definition webcam and headset with noise-canceling feature for clear communication, if needed.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 10 Mbps & up wired connection.

Shift Schedule: Flexible, with project deadlines rather than fixed US timezone business hours.
